Sponsoring Real Estate WordCamp

All net-proceeds of Real Estate WordCamp will go to charity. For this reason, we are asking anyone wishing to offer an in-kind type sponsorship agreement to volunteer their work instead.

There will be no more than 8 sponsorship spaces on the web site, so each one of them will need to be paid for.

Edit –  6 out of 8 sponsorships filled as of December 30th.

Basic Sponsorship $500

  • 420 X 315 banner placement on realestatewordcamp.com. These ads rotate equally between up to 8 sponsors and one charity.
  • Add will remain on the site for at least 90 days past the event.
  • One blog post (written by the sponsor) featuring their goods or services.

Alternative Sponsorships

Lunch Sponsorship $500 + Cost of lunch for up to 400 Attendees

  • All Basic Sponsorship Features
  • Top banner placement
  • Signage provided by sponsor at lunch serving tables.
  • Cost of lunch provided outside of the DPPC event center is subject to addition charges
  • Lunch details to be agreed upon by sponsor and Real Estate WordCamp

Coffee Sponsorship $500 + Cost of coffee for up to 400 attendees

  • All Basic Sponsorship Features
  • Secondary banner placement
  • Signage provided by sponsor at coffee serving table.
  • DPPC event center charges approx $1.00 per attendee.
  • Coffee details to be agreed upon by sponsor and Real Estate WordCamp

SOLD – Badges-Lanyard Sponsorship $500 + Cost of Lanyards for up to 400 Attendees

  • All basic sponsorship features
  • Exclusive sponsorship placement on the badges-lanyard
  • Lanyard and all artwork to be agreed upon by sponsor and Real Estate WordCamp

T-Shirt Sponsorship + Costs of shirts for up to 400 Attendees

  • All basic sponsorship features
  • Exclusive sponsorship placement on the t-shirt
  • Shirt and all artwork to be agreed upon by sponsor and Real Estate WordCamp

Multiple Sponsorships

  • The $500 fee will not be charged more than one time when a sponsor wants to cover more than one sponsorship.
